Nowadays there are lots of means of communication such as mobile phones or the Internet, which allow people to get in touch almost instantly. E-mails and text messages are now becoming increasingly popular with teenagers and is the best way to stay in touch.

I think text messaging is the best way of communication for teenagers, since everyone's got a mobile.
